The console version grants the player the option to skip, while the DS version resembles a graphically-improved Space Invaders.

In between certain levels, there is a minigame in which the player controls Ship and blasts away asteroids on their way to the next planet. The RPG element from previous games is carried over here, allowing the player gain experience points and redeem them to improve the abilities of Ben's alien forms. On the former, the graphics look rather realistic, like CGI for a live-action movie, and on the latter, like a CG-animated film with the cartoon's visual aesthetic. The graphics are a huge step up from previous games, especially on Xbox 360 and Wii, given the former's high graphics resolution.

The game has 10 alien forms to choose from, an improvement over its predecessors, which only had five. The idea of traveling to different planets is very cool, a nice nod to Ristar. With the exception of Vilgax, all voice actors from the animated show reprise their roles.Game play is Perfect no isues bugs or crash. With help from Grandpa Max and Ship, Ben and company travel throughout the galaxy to foil Vilgax's evil plan before it can come to fruition. To help save the earth, Professor Paradox sends the trio back in time in order to stop Vilgax from collecting a power source for his Null Void projector.

And to make matters worse, some of Ben's alien forms become unacceptable after too many quick transformations after a fight with Mr. Ben proceeds to transform into Alien X but Paradox tells him not to use Alien X yet. The combined forces of the Null Void's prisoners and Vilgax's forces are too much for Ben, Kevin, and Gwen to handle. It was released on October 27, 2009.The story starts as Vilgax invades earth with a gigantic Null Void projector. Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks is the third game in the Ben 10 video game series, and the second game to be based on the Ben 10: Alien Force series.
